Aspire is a sculptural representation of growth, evolution, and the overcoming of adversity. Created with 16-gauge steel, this 3-foot-wide, 5-foot-tall piece reflects my journey of incremental improvement through challenges. The sculpture’s design is rooted in the strength and tension of triangles, symbolizing stability and movement. Inspired by my passion for airplanes, the resilient Fraiser fir tree, and my experience in sprinting, the piece embodies progress through small, deliberate steps. The polished surface and dynamic angles invite interaction with light, emphasizing the themes of growth, motion, and resilience.
